Transformations & Highlights
Every single day we witness small victories within our walls, both mentally and physically. All of our members have put in work, and experienced progress in their own way. Although we are highlighting a few amazing athletes below, the real magic happens day in and out inside of Phoenix!
MATT
Matt began his fitness journey with Phoenix in September 2020, and started working with us on nutrition shortly after! He is one of our most consistent Functional Fitness class attendees, making 5-6 classes a week.
Nutrition isn’t always about weight loss. Matt’s main goals were recomposition, muscle development, and performance. Matt came to us averaging 1700 calories a day, and eating low carb. We have worked to build Matt healthily out of his deficit and give his body what it needs in correlation with his exercise. Matt now consumes double the food, and double the carbs!
Matt is a perfect example of: Consistency is key. Although we have guided him and worked as a team to achieve his goals, the kudos is all his.
SHERI
Sheri is a mother of 2, and has completely taken control of her health and wellness!

JILL
We are so proud of how much Jill has improved in all aspects of her health and fitness! This transformation took place over 6-7 months and yes, this is a good amount of time! REAL LASTING progress doesn’t happen in “6 Weeks, etc”. If it does, it will not last and sure as hell won’t be sustainable, maintainable progress. Today, this awesome member and friend has confidence that radiates around the gym, she kills workouts, challenges herself with weights, pushes herself harder than she ever has, and has an unbelievable dedication!
PAIGE & SHANE
Paige & Shane collectively lost over 180lbs over the course of a year working with us in nutrition counselling! More importantly, we worked together to develop the tools and habits to maintain health and wellness forever. Words cannot describe the commitment and hard work these two have put in to better themselves!

For the past 30 years or so I have been fighting Type 2 Diabetes. Working with Haley & Chase I found that during March, through to June my sugar had stabilized to the point my family doctor was talking about removing some of my existing medications! So far, even with COVID I've lost over 40 lbs. and my sugars have stabilized.
I feel we finally realized our goals with Haley and Chase's faith and encouragement and now it's time to maintain for the long term!"
